Over the course of her 21 years professional career at BMW Group and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, she’s held roles all across digital business strategy, digital business model, integrated Business planning, risk assessment, identity, InfoSec, compliance, cyber security, digital product lifecycle, supply chain management, digital marketing, digital service, Software / digital enterprise architecture spectrum in IT, OT & embedded system area.
The projects she’s particular proud of include the development of a best-of-breed digital transformation Roadmap, a cross industrial IoT predictive maintenance and a hybrid product lifecycle process & organization model.
These unique process models enable business teams to better understand and anticipate the customers’ needs, respond quickly to the rapidly changing markets, and instate risk management process to adjust the business model and manage product lifecycle from the current-status towards the product strategy cycle by cycle.
Based on this model she has been partnering with global research institutes, Start-Ups, solution providers and consultancy firms to solution discovery.
Her mission is to composite end-to-end software assembly lines or building global software factories for the continuous development, integration and deployment of software features into the smart IoT economies awhile the overall security and compliance status is maintained.
