In his present position and as the Director for Innovation, Research and Technology at Thales Group, he is in charge of the follow up of the innovation, Research & Technology roadmap establishing a strategy from Breakthrough Technology development to innovative Business models in cooperation with worldwide public research institutions and start-ups in the Land and Air Systems domains.
