After post-doc at Novartis, Switzerland, he joined Bayer AG. He worked in different Q-functions.

Since 2011 he is Head of GQAChemical APIs within Chemical Development Department at Bayer AG and responsible for the release of APIs for clinical trials, Qualification,Validation and Supplier Qualification.
