Dr. René Dathe
Dr. René Dathe is currently Head Medical Devices Quality Sandoz Development and LCM at Novartis GDQ Technical R&D, located near Munich. He is the Medical Device Drug Device Combination products Quality responsible person for the Sandoz Medical Devices Development and LCM portfolio. Prior to his engagement, he worked as Medical Device Project Manager and Scientist (Diabetes R&D) at Sanofi. He started his career at Samsung SDI (Novaled).
Dr. René Dathe obtained his Diplom (M.Sc.) in chemistry at the University of Chemnitz, followed by an MBA in Frankfurt. He was awarded a doctorate in business administration by the University of Gloucestershire, UK.
