Oguz ICOGLU completed his bachelor and master degrees from Istanbul Technical University Computer Engineeering Department in 1998 and 2001 respectively.

During 2000-2003, he worked on pattern recognition, image processing and MPEG-7 projects in TЬBЭTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) Multimedia Group.

Between the years 2003 and 2006, he developed image processing applications for the utilization of Building Automation in Vienna University of Technology.

After the completion of his doctorate degree, he returned to TЬBЭTAK and worked for several projects in Information Technologies Institute.

In these projects he took charge in signal processing, software development and software process management activities.

Dating from 2016, he continues his studies in Ford Otosan, Autonomous Vehicle team.
