Marianne Vintcent is a global digital content manager working within the Center of Expertise of the Group Communications & Branding at Royal DSM, a purpose-led global science-based company in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living.

DSM delivers innovative business solutions for human nutrition, animal nutrition, personal care and aroma, medical devices, green products and applications, and new mobility and connectivity. I’ve been working in communications for almost ten years, mostly in employee engagement, setting up the DSM News Center, our one-stop newsroom on intranet, where we share personalized news and engage with employees in a dialogue. In my current role as global digital content manager, my focus is on turning interesting ideas into engaging content that captures people’s attention, through interactive campaigns and high quality engaging content.
