Johan Palmers has a background of Materials Engineer and is worldwide responsible for the supply of heat separation materials used in automotive glass bending.

He obtained his Materials Engineering degree in 1991 at the Materials Department (MTM) of the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.

In his previous career he was involved in wear resistant ceramic coatings used for tools, components and automotive parts.

Today he is strategic and commercial in charge at Bekintex (division of Bekaert), which is the world leader in the development, manufacturing and supply of high temperature resistant stainless textiles towards all global car glass manufacturers.
