I have managed the closure of a unionised business I ran as MD with hundreds of employees and led an MBO of a manufacturing business which we relocated in 2014.

Demonstrable history of challenging the status quo, success via teamwork, achievements in innovation for product, process and finance.

Confident and competent as a presenter and a negotiator, presented internationally on the subject of innovation and creativity - a particular passion.

Various management “head of” roles in the early years including engineering/purchase/ sales account / continuous improvement/quality.

I have one face (only). Of the five forms of power, I prefer influence and expertise. I use command & control only in a crisis situation.
