Andrea Ferrarelli graduated in mechanical engineering at the University of Roma Tor Vergata (Italy) in 2015.

He received a Master of Science in vehicle engineering at the University of Pisa (Italy) in 2017 with a strong focus on vehicle dynamics, active participation in the Formula Student car design and as the author of a scientific paper on aerospace control prototyping.

He wrote his Thesis in collaboration with Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team on stability and driveability of an F1 car.

From 2017, he is Suspension Performance Engineer at Renault F1 Team where he is applying modern control techniques and vehicle dynamics to develop handling and ride performance.
